Eduardo Imasaka, born 1972, is an argentine multimedia artist working with sound and video art. In the late 80’s he became active in the Buenos Aires underground scene as a graphic artist, dj and sound producer. Since the mid 90’s he has developed in the field of installation and new media, presenting audio, video and digital image works as installations and live performances. Creation of experimental instruments for artistic exploration of the acoustic phenomena in relation with analog video in real time manipulation. The result is represented in audio and video.
Co-founder of IFUCUF, a digital curatorial platform that produces limited releases of audiovisual works, specialized in performance and installation. Creator of ”Sensorial Mediática” . Multimedia artist show. First show transmitted in real time over the internet for 72 consecutive hours. Selected by the Argentine association of critics as “experience of the year 2000”. Laboratório kludge WorkCore 104 Culture House, Interactivos?´10 BH in Belo Horizonte (Brasil) and collaborative designer curator in Laboratorio Interactivo de Ciencia Ficción – Idartes – Bogotá (Colombia).
